- Service Scope: 360Help.in connects users with independent service providers (maids, cooks, nannies, cleaners, technicians, etc.). We act as a facilitator and are not directly responsible for the conduct of service providers.
- User Responsibilities: Users must provide accurate booking details and ensure a safe environment for service providers.
- Payments: Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Liability: T360 HELP PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by third-party service providers.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled at least 24 hours before service may be eligible for a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before service time may incur a cancellation fee.
- If a provider cancels, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
4. Payment Policy
- We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via secure payment gateways.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

- All transactions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees).
